Pursuant to a recent U.S.-China trade and economic agreement, the Office of the U.S. Trade Representative has exted through Nov. 9, 2026, the exclusion of 178 products from Section 301 tariffs on China. Products that continue to be excluded from these tariffs include (1) those listed in Annex C to this notice and (2) the solar manufacturing equipment listed in Annex B to this notice. These exclusions are available for any products that meet the specified HTSUS numbers and product descriptions, regardless of whether the importer filed an exclusion request.
