The International Trade Administration and/or International Trade Commission have recently announced the following actions in antidumping and/or countervailing duty cases.
PET film 每 sunset review determinations that revocation of AD duty orders on polyethylene terephthalate film, sheet, and strip from China, India, Taiwan, and the United Arab Emirates would be likely to lead to continuation or recurrence of material injury to an industry in the U.S. within a reasonably foreseeable time
R-32 每 preliminary affirmative dumping determination on difluoromethane (R-32) from China and new AD cash deposit requirement at rates of 161.49 to 221.06 percent
Steel cylinders 每 preliminary affirmative CV duty determination on non-refillable steel cylinders from China and new CV cash deposit requirement at rates of 22.97 to 190.67 percent
Steel wire rod 每 continuation of AD duty orders on carbon and certain alloy steel wire rod from Brazil, Indonesia, Mexico, Moldova, and Trinidad & Tobago and CV duty order on such goods from Brazil, effective Aug. 27
Wood moldings 每 scheduling of final phase of AD and/or CV injury investigations of wood moldings and millwork products from Brazil and China, with a hearing scheduled for Dec. 22, pre-hearing briefs due by Dec. 15, post-hearing briefs due by Dec. 31, and final comments due by Jan.
