AD/CV News: Aluminum Foil, New Reviews, Rubber, Silica Fabric, Solar Products

The International Trade Administration and/or International Trade Commission have recently announced the following actions in antidumping and/or countervailing duty cases.
Aluminum foil 每 revised CV duty rates of 6.46 and 13.28 percent in amed final affirmative CV duty determination and CV duty order on aluminum foil from China pursuant to court decision
New reviews 每 initiation of administrative reviews of the following AD and/or CV duty orders for the periods June 1, 2019, through May 31, 2020 (AD), or Jan. 1 through Dec. 31, 2019 (CV), unless otherwise noted
- cold-drawn mechanical tubing of carbon and alloy steel from Germany, India, Italy, and Switzerland (AD)
- glycine from India (AD, Oct. 31, 2018, through May 31, 2020; and CV, Sept. 4, 2018, through Dec. 31, 2019) and Japan (AD; Oct. 31, 2018, through May 31, 2020)
- carbon and alloy seamless standard, line, and pressure pipe from Japan (AD)
- chlorinated isocyanurates from China and Spain (AD)
- finished carbon steel flanges from Spain (AD)
- tapered roller bearings and parts thereof, finished or unfinished, from China (AD)
- high-pressure steel cylinders from China (CV)
Rubber 每 dumping margin of 18.38 percent for one company in amed final results of administrative review of AD duty order on emulsion styrene-butadiene rubber from Brazil for the period Feb. 24, 2017, through Aug. 31, 2018
Silica fabric 每 rescission of administrative review of AD duty order on amorphous silica fabric from China for the period March 1, 2019, through Feb. 29, 2020, and instruction to CBP to assess AD duties on entries of such goods at the applicable cash deposit rates
Solar products 每 rescission of administrative review of CV duty order on crystalline silicon photovoltaic products from China for the period Jan. 1 through Dec. 31, 2019, based on timely withdrawal of request for review and instruction to CBP to assess CV duties on entries of such goods at the applicable cash deposit ra
